It is more than simply yet another oracle.
It is a synthesis of elementary runic combinations of wisdom and tree lore drafted from the common grounds between the Vikings and Celtic people.

The "Magickal Whispers" elemental characters consist of runic combinations, where a Norse and an Irish rune seemingly fuse together to form a symbol. The runes that make up the spell have an added benefit in this context.
